    When my partner lived away in Wales for 6 months he had to get used to taking Hessian bags with him to do his shopping. There, every shop has to charge 5p per plastic bag to discourage over use of them. In England we should at the very least adopt a similar approach.

    I think that this is a great idea, therefore I will not use single use plastic bags.
